The Mission of USR Testing

One of the fundamental challenges facing youth soccer organizations and youth players today is the need for comprehensive player evaluations. Skillmasters recognizes this need and has developed its USR testing accordingly to provide holistic objective evaluations for the players.

Our player evaluations are meticulously designed to encompass 18 objectives tests that provide valuable insights into a player’s technical proficiency, physical capabilities, and cognitive aptitude.

The Process

  • On-Field Tests

    With input from professional coaches and sports scientists, we administer a set of physical and technical tests during practice.sessions.

  • On-Screen Cognitive Tests

    Our online cognitive assessments are uniquely designed to assess a player’s aptitude for processing information and retaining details within a specific timeframe.

  • Crisp Digital Reporting

    Utilizing our database of 150,000+ performed tests, orgs and their players see where their test results stand globally. Each attempt is video-recorded for verification.
